Together with the municipal energy supplier LSW, around 100 charging facilities will be created in the Wolfsburg neighborhoods of Volkswagen Immobilien. You can already charge at a total of 43 charging stations with 86 charging points in the Wolfsburg districts of Rabenberg, Detmerode, Wohltberg, Hellwinkel, Eichelkamp, Fallersleben, Hageberg, Oststadt, Tiergartenbreite and Teichbreite, each with 11 kW AC (alternating current).
The new Steimker Gärten district was also planned to be e-ready from the outset. In the VWI residential complexes, the socket is part of the basic equipment of every underground parking space – a wallbox can be installed for tenants on request. Additional charging options are provided by 12 pilot charging stations from VW Group Components, each with 22 kW direct current charging power, which are available in the underground garages of the Lindenhöfe and PromenadenCarrés. In addition, two public charging points with a total of four charging points can be used by residents and visitors.

100 charging points in residential complex.
For our tenants without an individually rented parking space, we are creating 100 charging points across the entire housing stock that can be used by the public. All charging points can be found on the map at the top of this page.
In principle, no link to a billing system (non-discriminatory) is possible. However, a special offer from LSW (= strategic partner) is available.
DC 22 kW direct current wall box pilot project.
For all tenants in the Steimker Gärten neighbourhoods Lindenhöfe I and II and the PromenadenCarré. A total of 12 charging boxes have been installed in the underground car parks in cooperation with Volkswagen Group Components.
