Similarly, we use our green rental agreements in the residential sector and our BLUE LEASE concept in the commercial sector to commit our tenants to reviewing their processes for evidence of environmentally conscious, climate-neutral and environmentally friendly behaviour.

In order to further improve the social quality and user-friendliness of our buildings, we promote sustainable mobility concepts and focus on ensuring accessibility for all and protecting our tenants from health risks and noise emissions during construction works.
